MARK BRYAN – Managing Director
I’m Mark, Managing Director of MB Forklifts Ltd. I’ve worked in the forklift and material handling industry for over 20 years, building extensive experience across sales, engineering, servicing and the day-to-day challenges that come with keeping businesses moving.
I’ve always had a real passion for understanding how engines, machinery and moving parts work. My ethos at MB Forklifts is simple – provide a reliable, honest and personal service while supporting local businesses and keeping their machinery performing at its best. We understand that every customer is important, whether you operate one forklift or a whole fleet, and we pride ourselves on building long-lasting relationships with the businesses we work with.

STEVE JEFFERIES – Service Manager and Forklift Engineer
I’m Steve, Service & Engineering Manager at MB Forklifts Ltd. I’m a qualified LOLER Thorough Examination Engineer with extensive experience in forklift repairs, servicing and fault finding.
From engine changes and mast rebuilds to diagnosing difficult faults, I’m very much the ‘go-to’ man when it comes to getting a machine back up and running. Having previously worked for various forklift companies, I’ve built up a wealth of hands-on experience and enjoy putting my problem-solving skills to the test on all types of jobs.
As well as working on the tools, I now manage our team of engineers and oversee our service operation, making sure jobs are planned efficiently and our customers receive the service they need.
Outside of work, I enjoy socialising with friends and riding my motorbike.
LORRAINE HARTLEY – Finance and Operations Manager
I’m Lorraine (Rain), Finance and Operations Manager at MB Forklifts Ltd. I look after the Accounts, HR and Business Operations.
No two days are the same and I’m usually juggling several things at once – from managing accounts and paperwork, dealing with customers and suppliers and improving the way we work.
I enjoy being part of our close-knit team and getting to know our customers along the way. As MB continues to grow, I’m always looking for ways we can improve the business, make things more efficient and provide an even better service to our customers.
In my spare time, you’ll most probably find me with my animals or attempting some sort of DIY!
YASMIN LAWRENCE PATTLE BSC LEEA – Lifting and Forklift Engineer
I’m Yas, Lifting and Forklift Engineer at MB Forklifts Ltd. I’ve worked in the construction industry for around 10 years, with over 6 years of that spent in the lifting equipment industry.
I originally started out in construction management before moving into engineering and the lifting equipment sector, where I gained my Advanced LEEA qualification and developed my experience working hands-on with lifting equipment.
I work alongside the team on a range of customer jobs, from routine servicing and Thorough Examinations to diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs.
At MB, I enjoy the variety that comes with working on different machines and helping our customers keep their equipment safe, reliable and working as it should. I’m proud to be part of a close-knit team where we understand that every customer matters, no matter how big or small their business.
Outside of work, I enjoy working on the farm and, most importantly, making memories with my family.
LUKE MARSHALL – Forklift Engineer
I’m Luke, an Engineer at MB Forklifts Ltd. I’ve recently joined the team and I’m looking forward to developing my skills and building my knowledge across all aspects of forklift servicing, repairs and maintenance.
I’ll be working alongside the team on a range of customer jobs, from routine servicing and Thorough Examinations to diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs. I enjoy getting stuck into practical work, solving problems and learning something new with every job.
I’m really enjoying being part of the MB team so far and getting to know our customers. I’m looking forward to continuing to develop as an engineer and becoming a valued member of the team.
Outside of work, I enjoy going to car shows and spending time with my two Greyhounds.
